China-LAC infrastructure cooperation continues to inject momentum to green development of local economy. The “Joint Action Plan for Cooperation between China and LAC countries in Key Areas” released at the end of 2021 indicated that China and LAC countries will work further to extensively push forward green cooperation in transportation, electric power, public health, new energy and new infrastructure, etc., while upholding the goal of high-standard, sustainable, and people-centered progress. And this shall proceed coordinated development of local economy, society and people’s livelihood, thus deepening China-LAC infrastructure partnership.

The global energy crisis continues to simmer, and it is the general trend to gradually get rid of fossil fuel. Driven by goal-driven and scale effects, the wind power and photovoltaic industries continue to innovate technologies to seize the share, and gradually build a new power system with new energy as the main body, however, the new power system urgently needs to make up for its intermittent and fluctuating natural defects.
